So that we may deal with the HM revenue on your behalf,
in time you will need to sign
the HM Revenue & Customs Authorisation
You may also need a form for registering for National Insurance contributions and/or tax when self-employed
possibly an application to pay Class 2 contributions by Direct Debit
and an application to register for VAT
